I hadn’t been to a gym for many years and found the idea intimidating. I signed up for personal training with Breanna. What a good decision that was! Bre did a thorough assessment of my level of fitness and identified areas that would benefit from receiving special attention, such as my upper back and shoulders. She is thorough in her explanations and demonstrations of proper technique and form to make sure I am working out safely and effectively. Bre is approachable, personable, knowledgeable, and motivating. I have been with her six months- and have been pleased with her coaching style and the results I am seeing.
